Have been going here for quite a while getting haircuts for myself and my son. Great service and I am always satisfied with my haircut.

Had a coupon for a free haircut from the Red Cross. Gave it to my husband (because they are not known for cutting woman’s hair) THEY WOULD NOT HONOR IT! When he first went in, he signed in as instructed and told them he had a Red Cross coupon. Sign said it would be a 40 min., wait. After waiting 75 minutes, getting in the chair, showing the coupon, he was told he couldn’t use it. BECAUSE “It wasn’t technically his” He was told that only person who could use this was the person who’s name was on the coupon. WHY? He had my Red Cross Card that matched the name on the coupon. Still why? wouldn’t they honor this. Every other place no matter what the “free coupon” is for will honor it for someone else. It’s not like they are losing money. Very bad customer relations. Asst manager offered him a “free coupon haircut”, BUT when they saw his name in the system that he was there before, they wouldn’t give it to him. So after waiting 75 min., for nothing, I WOULD NEVER GO BACK OR RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY AT ALL! I guess they never heard of Stew Leonard’s policy “Rule #1, They customer is always right! Rule #2, If the customer is ever wrong, re read rule #1” Unfortunately I had to give it at least 1 star as to post the review, but at least the sports tv was entertaining.

The appointment system is the worst please fix it, give specific time, mixed walk-ins and online just does not work. Good service from staff.
